A daily routine of calming the mind and stretching out the body are essential for healthy daily living. It literally connects the mind, body and spirit. Meet The Instructor

Cara Nolte
Yoga and Meditation Instructor
Hi, I'm Cara! I'm a YTT200 Certified yoga and meditation instructor, working towards my YTT500. I've been practicing various forms of yoga for over 20 years and I'm passionate about sharing my love of yoga with others. I'm a sound bath practitioner using crystal bowls, chimes, and drums to create different frequencies that release tension and stress and relax the mind and body. I'm also a Reiki Hospice volunteer offering healing reiki services at various healthcare facilities around Cincinnati. We practice in a studio in Historic Mainveille, Ohio and hold workshops and community events at various locations in Mason, Morrow, and Loveland. There's no better tool for our lives to stretch and strengthen the body, increase mental clarity and memory, and release negative feelings and emotions. Yoga is benefical to everyone and should be part of all of our daily lives.
