House of Yoga Class Offerings
Restorative, Basic, Slow Flow, Vinyasa, Senior, and Kids Yoga
Our yoga classes focus on the body and consist of yoga poses, correct form, and names of poses. We offer a variety of classes including slow flow and restorative yoga classes, advanced, yoga for seniors, and yoga for kids. See yoga class types.
- Multi level classes to fit your unique needs ranging from slow/beginner to longer poses and more transitions into advanced asanas.

Meditation (Dhyana)
Meditation focuses on slowing and controlling the mind, teaching us to control our thoughts and reactions to external stimuli. This reduces stress, improves focus, and increases calmess as well as heightened awareness of our minds and bodies.
- Usually performed in a sitting or lying position.
- Promotes mental clarity, mindfulness, and happiness.
Breath Work (Pranayama)
We offer breath work to assist in releasing toxins and stress from your body. When you're doing breath work, you're learning to control your breath within the body. This activates your body's parasympathetic nervous system and help you de-escalate and de-stress. You'll be gently guided to release toxins and stress when you exhale and nourish your mind and body when you inhale.
- Deep breathing is a form of meditation.
- Facilitates physical, mental, and emotional healing.
Sound Bath/Sound Healing
This class will focus on the mind and the body. Sound bath therapy utilizes a series of different sounds and frequencies being introduced in succession. Tuning into the sounds allows your body to relax and your mind to slow down, shifting into a more relaxed state.
- May begin with breath work to calm the nervous system.
- Tuning forks, crystal bowls, gongs, chimes, drums, and voice may be used to acheive the desired relaxation effect.
- Invites deep rest and relaxation.
Adult Dance Classes
We beleive in taking every opportunity to loosen up and get back to feeling confident and relaxed. So, we also offer a variety of adult dance classes to shake off the stress and help you get back into your comfort zone! You'll find the following class types popping up on the schedule as interest

- Releives stress, gets the blood flowing, and centers the mind and body in exercise and movement
