Yoga merges the mind with the body, creating union through the breath. This increases mental clarity and calmness, flexibility, and balance. It's your body's way of learning to cope with stress and increase self awareness through a combination of breath and yoga poses. A daily routine of calming the mind and stretching out the body from restless nights and busy days are essential for healthy living. It literally connects the mind, body and spirit.
This improves sleep and relaxation as well as minfulness and being present througout your day with reduced symptoms of anxiety and depression while also strengthening and healing the physical body. Yoga is great for children too!
There are many forms of yoga and each style can be adjusted and tailored to your specifications. Regardless of age or ability, there is as yoga for you. Yoga is for everyone!

Yoga and Meditation Instructor
Hi, I'm Cara! I'm a YTT200 Certified Yoga and Meditation instructor, working towards my YTT500. I have been a yoga entheusiast for over 20 years and I'm passionate about sharing my love of yoga with others. I'm also a meditation and sound bath practioner using crystal bowls, chimes, and drums to create different frequencies that relax the mind and body. We practice in a studio in Mason, Ohio and hold community events at various outdoor locations as well.
There's no better tool for our lives to stretch and strengthen the body, increase mental clarity and memory, and release negative feelings and emotions. Yoga is benefical to everyone and should be part of all of our daily lives.
